How does Collect Me work?
With Collect Me, you receive one loyalty point for each Dollar you spend when making your purchase. If you reach or exceed one of the following point thresholds at the end of the year, you'll receive a loyalty bonus:
From 200 loyalty points = $ 10 loyalty bonus
From 500 loyalty points = $ 25 loyalty bonus
From 1,000 loyalty points = $ 50 loyalty bonus
To earn loyalty points, simply show your Heinemann x ME card or app at the cashier.
During which time period can I collect points?
You can collect points from January 1st to December 31st of each calendar year.
Can I collect points on all articles?
You cannot collect points on tobacco products, return-deposit, Apple products as well as print media, book articles and shopping bags. You can also not collect points on alcoholic beverages in Norway and Türkiye and on the cruiseliner AROYA.
Do my loyalty points expire?
Yes, loyalty points expire at the end of every calendar year.
In which countries can I collect loyalty points?
In all Heinemann Duty Free, Unifree Duty Free, Tax Free or Travel Value Shops in Australia, Denmark, Germany, Austria, Italy, Norway, Turkiye and Hungary, as well as in participating cruise liner shops (AROYA, Mein Schiff 1 - 6, Mein Schiff Herz, MS Deutschland, MS Europa, MS Europa 2, MS Amadea, MS Amera, MS Artania, HANSEATIC inspiration, HANSEATIC nature, HANSEATIC spirit). You can also collect points by using the delivery service at heinemann-shop.com (valid delivery address in Germany required) or at taxfree-heinemann.dk (valid delivery address in Denmark required).
Please note that the Heinemann x ME program is known as Unifree x ME in Istanbul and as Tax Free & Me in Norway. All member cards are accepted equally everywhere.
What happens to the points if I want to return my purchase?
The returned amount is deducted from the current total number of points.
When do I receive my loyalty bonus?
If you have reached or exceeded one of the three given point thresholds at the end of the year, you will receive your loyalty bonus in the form of a voucher at the beginning of the following year.
How long is my loyalty bonus valid?
Your loyalty bonus coupon is valid for one year from the date of receipt and can be redeemed once at our Heinemann Duty Free & Travel Value Shops, TAX FREE Shops and Unifree Duty Free in Australia, Denmark, Germany, Austria, Italy, Hungary and Turkiye, as well as at Tax Free / Travel Value Shops in Norway and participating Cruise Liner Shops or for the home delivery service at heinemann-shop.com (valid delivery address in Germany mandatory).
Can I redeem my loyalty bonus on all products?
Yes. Excluded are reduced items, products on special offer in store or on the website, jewelry & watches in Cruise Liner Shops tobacco products, return-deposit as well as print media, book articles and shopping bags. In addition, the loyalty bonus is not redeemable for alcoholic beverages in Norway and on AROYA. Not redeemable on technology and pre-loved articles on Cruiseliners.
How do I find out my current point total?
You can find your current point total in your member profile on aroyasouk-heinemann.com.
You can also see your point total in the Heinemann app, which you can download and set up at any time.
Can points be added later on?
Unfortunately, it is not possible at this time to add points later on.

Member Prices
How do I get the Member Price?
You must be logged in as a Heinemann x ME member. In our Airport Shops, you must show your digital Heinemann x ME card at checkout.
Where can I buy products at the Member Price?
Generally, Member Prices are offered in most of our airport shops in Germany, Austria, Hungary, Italy, Denmark, Norway and Turkiye. However, the Member Price products vary depending on the location and change every two to three months.
We kindly ask for your understanding that the Member Prices cannot be offered in our Cruise Liner Shops.
Other Benefits & Vouchers
How often am I permitted to use partner benefits?
The validity scope of each local partner benefit is defined individually (for whom, how long, how often, etc.). The service can be used at any time if no restrictions are defined.

Other
Does the Heinemann x ME membership have an age restriction?
Yes. Since we also advertise alcoholic beverages and tobacco products in our shops, members must be at least 18 years old.
