Where onboard can I find the Heinemann Shops?
You'll find our Heinemann Shops in at the AROYA Souk on the following decks:
- Deck 6 (also Pick-up point for your Click & Collect orders)
- Deck 7
- Deck 16

How many items can I buy and carry? Are there any restrictions or quantity restrictions for certain articles?
You may only order normal quantities for non-commercial use. We strongly recommend to check the customs allowances of the country you're travelling to (final destination as well as as stop-overs).
What are the opening hours in the stores?
The Heinemann Souk onboard AROYA is open, when the vessel is in international waters. You'll be informed about the opening via an official announcement onboard.
Please note that, due to customs regulations, our shops are closed when the vessel is in port or within national water zones.
