FAQ Click & Collect Service
Our Click & Collect service requires registration in the webshop. You also need a valid AROYA Cruise ticket as well as a cabin number and you must be at least 18 years of age.
You can pre-order online max. 2 days before and up to 1 hour before picking up your items at the AROYA Souk on Deck 6.
The pick-up point for your Click & Collect orders is located in the AROYA Souk Lower Deck on Deck 6. Please check the opening hours before you visit us there.
You may pay your items via credit card directly when picking up your order or via your total invoice at the end of the cruise.
When you pick up your ordered items, the amount will be charged to the room number you entered when placing your Click & Collect order or to your credit card.
